Mark Weavis
Managing Director
Mark has always nursed an ambition to be a science teacher. By chance his career has covered accountancy, banking and investment management. A stint as a school governor introduced a back door into education, leading to Mark's current role as Managing Director. Mark's philosophy is to use the energies of the private sector to provide the best possible service to schools and teachers.
Fiona Eldridge
Chairman
Fiona joined Hounslow LEA Gateway as Chairman in 2001. With a background in education as a sixth form college Principal and acting Head of Teacher Supply and Recruitment at the Teacher Training Agency, Fiona's role is to ensure that everything Hounslow LEA Gateway does has an educational focus.
Gareth Evans
IT Director
Gareth began his career as an Accountant and before joining Hounslow LEA Gateway in August 2000, worked at Corporate Services Group PLC. Since joining TP, Gareth has been instrumental in the development of the company's IT infrastructure and bespoke database software.
John McCarthy
Operations Director
John began his career in sales and then moved into sales management. Over the last 9 years he has specialised within contact centre environments. This has involved all aspects of setting up new businesses and also re-engineering existing ones.
Jonathan Roback
Finance Director
Jonathan began his career as a qualified chartered accountant and left practice in 1995. Since then he has worked in general recruitment as a Finance Director for 5 years and has been with Hounslow LEA Gateway since 2001.
Caroline McCarthy
Quality Control Director
Caroline is a qualified and experienced teacher who has worked at Hounslow LEA Gateway since 1999. She now has a remit that covers all aspects of the company's educational focus – including our training, professional development and final year student programmes.
Matthew Duke
Branch Manager
Matthew Duke has been with Hounslow LEA Gateway since 2005 and was initially based in the Manchester Office as a Senior Consultant. He was made Branch Manager of the Gateway Branch in June 2008. Claire Walkden (Primary Consultant), Raj Cruez (SEN Consultant), Beverley Martin (Secondary Consultant) and Natasha Wakley (Primary Consultant) are the dedicated team of Consultants working with Matthew, bringing a wealth of skills and experience to the operation.
